Our training sessions are tailored to meet the diverse needs of all our members. Whether you're just starting out, looking to improve, or aiming to compete at a higher level, we have something for everyone!

  • Development sessions - Wednesdays 8-10pm.
    Coach-led training featuring a balanced mix of skill-building drills and gameplay. Ideal for those looking to develop their volleyball skills in a structured environment.
  • Recreational/games only - Saturdays 5:30-7pm.
    Casual, fun-focused games following a quick warm-up. Perfect for anyone who wants to enjoy volleyball in a relaxed, social setting.
  • Performance - invitation only (spectators welcome)
    Mondays 8-10pm, Fridays 7-10pm and Saturdays 4-5:30pm

  • High-level training for advanced players, by invitation only. These sessions include rigorous drills and competitive gameplay, focusing on performance and strategy. Spectators are welcome to come and watch our top players in action.

Our Development Sessions offer coach-led training that strikes a perfect balance between structured drills and engaging games.

These sessions are designed to help players refine their technical skills while also enjoying competitive play, making it ideal for those looking to improve their abilities in a supportive and fun environment. Whether you’re honing your technique or seeking to apply what you've learned in real game scenarios, these sessions cater to all levels.

Open to all levels. You must be at least 12 y.o. to play.

Our Recreational Sessions are all about having fun. After a quick warmup, it's straight into relaxed, friendly games. Perfect for those who want to enjoy the social and playful side of volleyball, these sessions offer a chance to play without the pressure of drills, focusing purely on enjoyment and the love of the game.

Our Performance Sessions are by invitation only, dedicated to our Local League teams and the U18 boys SVL squad, though spectators are welcome to watch the action unfold.

High-level training sessions are focused on competitive preparation, these sessions are designed to push our teams to peak performance through intense drills, advanced strategies, and match simulations, ensuring they're ready for the demands of league play and high-level competition.
